- Lets meet and discuss your must have’s, desires and location preferences.
- Then we will make sure you are financially ready. If you are getting a loan and not already working with a lender, I will introduce you to my lending partner. He will make sure that your credit is in good shape, help you determine your buying price range, discuss different loan options and get you armed and ready with a pre-approval letter.
- I will then send you homes that may be of interest. When you see something that you like then I will send you additional information and dig deeper to get questions answered.
- We can then set up a time to go see the property or I can video conference you from the property, saving you travel time and money, so that you can determine if its worth the trip.
- When you find the perfect home, I will thoroughly review the documents with you and once complete, present a written offer to the seller. Having years of experience, there are tricks to the trade that only being a listing agent as well, helps my clients to get their offer accepted in competitive situations.
- Once the sellers accept your offer then I will guide you through the process step by step. Recommending various inspections, thoroughly reviewing documents with you, consulting on next steps for any repairs needed and getting you to the closing table.
- During the final days, I will guide you on the escrow and closing process; so you have a seamless experience in becoming a new home owner.
